Just bought a used car from Bill and Rene at this dealership. This is my second car I have bought here. I traded in the car I had previously bought here and got another one. Bill, and Rene, along wit dealership. This is my second car I have bought here. I traded in the car I had previously bought here and got another one. Bill, and Rene, along with Nichole, work as a team to get you in a car, and even get you out the door that day, in your new car, in many instances. In the future, I will be buying my next used car from these two salesmen. I am a retiree from the Toyota/Lexus parts warehouse, and I know that the associates at this dealership are career professionals. More

Great experience. Great Great sales person in Bill Kessler. I think this was our seventh or eighth Lexus we have purchased from Herb Chambers Lexus. Only one thing that irked me was the lowering of ou Kessler. I think this was our seventh or eighth Lexus we have purchased from Herb Chambers Lexus. Only one thing that irked me was the lowering of our trade in value. In December it was $24,000.00 and in February the initial price was $22,500.00. Which we discussed and was changed. That was a slap in the face after all the vehicles we had bought. In the end we were pleased. More

Recently purchased a new vehicle with Bill Kessler and Sam Prusak. Very transparent and honest process in terms of pricing. Within minutes of requesting a quote I received an email from the Internet Sales Manager Kayla Gilbertson showing their price for the vehicle. I contacted every dealer in the New England area and it was the lowest offer I found. It was very pleasant to have their best offer up front rather than having to spend time and energy negotiating. I received a fair offer for my trade and the process was very transparent (consistent with KBB valuation). In addition, the particular vehicle I wanted was unique. Sam and Bill were able to use their relationships with other Lexus dealers to get a vehicle allocated to a dealer out of state and get it redirected for me. I had a very specific list of what I wanted and did not want and they were able to find it for me. I was very concerned about the COVID situation. Bill was extremely conscientious in terms of limiting the amount of people contacting the vehicle (i.e. he was the only person handling the vehicle and did not allow anyone else access to the vehicle) and following best practices at all times (i.e. wearing a mask at all times and gloves). Through Bill’s meticulous planning and effort, I was able to drop off my trade and drive away with a new vehicle with out any in person contact and in a very short amount of time. Bill was able to compete the entire deal without any in person interaction. I don’t think it’s possible to provide a safer experience in the current covid environment. More
