Five Star Subaru delivered a five star experience. Azrael and team provided outstanding customer service! As soon as we arrived Bill K greeted us and asked how he could be of service. We informed him Azrael and team provided outstanding customer service! As soon as we arrived Bill K greeted us and asked how he could be of service. We informed him we had an appointment with Azrael. He guided us to an available seating area as they were very busy that day, always a good sign, and got us a couple of bottles of water while we waited for Azrael. My wife and I spent three hours here not because the process was a hassle, but because Azrael walked us through all the features (inside and out) of our certified used Legacy and allowed us a long test drive. Azrael and team made us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the process. We even stayed after the purchase to look at a couple of new Subarus my wife was interested in checking out. Azrael took his time with us and did not rush off to the next customer. My wife and I highly recommend Azrael and team to anyone in need of a vehicle, especially if they are considering a Subaru.
