We had visited several other dealers to test drive the car and see what they had on the lot. We visited North Penn after speaking with them on the phone. The car had all the options we wanted, and the price was very good (we've been tracking the available EOS's in the area on the internet and we had a very good idea of the price range). We asked for their best bottom line price and found it to be very fair. No games either! We bought the car on the spot and are very happy with our decision. The staff was great, especially Bill. Thanks for helping us to start off the New Year the right way! More

To begin, North Penn has a TOP-NOTCH Service Dept, second to NONE regarding prompt and stellar maintenance care for my VWs over the years. On the Sales end, Bill has just OUTDONE himself each and every time I have been in since my first visit @5 years ago. Jason Hartman, a Business Mgr, was very approachable and professional as he helped walk me through finalizing my transaction. It is a real reflection of an EXCEPTIONAL dealership when you KNOW, from the minute you walk in the door, WHATEVER the concern, you can trust that these folks will do whatever they can to work with you to give you the service you require. quick easy process to buy my car North Penn was great to work with! I basically knew what car I wanted when I came to north penn but Bill made the entire process easy. He gave me a great offer to start and even though I waited two weeks to come back and buy the car when I had time he still was just as accommodating. They kept the price they had given me even though they sold the car I was looking at. They brought in a car from another dealership in 2 days. And then they kept all the paperwork quick and easy as well. I worked with Fred Beans on my last car and the finance part took probably 3 times as long. They didn't push to sell me things I didn't need and explained everything I didn't understand. Overall a great experience!! More
