I was very pleased with my salesperson, Bill Lamon & his colleague. I am a little old lady... and I definitely appreciated that they did not pressure me with hard sell tactics. Arthur and Bill were very experienced and knew Toyota product well. Wish I would have just put a deposit down instead of purchasing straight away. A few cosmetic items the service department probably would have taken care of if the car didn't go to them sold. Hot market so overpaid for quality of the car. Normal Doc fee, no surprises that way. More

Bill contacted me promptly, set up an appointment at a convenient time, the car I had asked about was ready for viewing and for a test dr at Sloane. He provided me with its relevant history, etc. and he was well supported by colleagues who evaluated my old car favorably and arranged a very good price. All this was properly masked and distanced (insofar as possible in a car). We arranged for the purchase at the time, pending replacement of the (very slightly cracked) windshield by Sloane.
