So, my husband and I came to the dealership to deal with Bill who had been dealing with my husband via phone. when I got there Bill was still with another client . He was so professional and he explained th Bill who had been dealing with my husband via phone. when I got there Bill was still with another client . He was so professional and he explained that he was with another client and he introduced us to Mr. Arthur. Mr. Arthur handled himself in a professional way. we found that we have a lot in common with him in way of children and grandchildren. very nice conversation. He handled his business seriously we arrived at the dealership at 11am and we walked out paperwork completed and on our way home at 1:30pm.
