He is nice and doesn't pressure you into anything but still tries to find every possible way that he can make US happy. You can tell that is what he really wants and doesnt just pressure you into something because it's better for TOYOTA. This is also not the first time Tommy has had to fight for us to get approved but he knows we are great customers and had great trade ins and although it was extremely difficult to find a solution that worked in our situation THEY DID IT!!!! And we couldnt be happier with the outcome. :) A++ rating from us! We will be back!! More
