I am 100% pleased with the satisfaction I received from AJ in the sales department and Bill in the finance department. They both went out of their way to give me a great deal. Service center is really good. I am very satisfied with the service. But something about Ford sales: I am kind of disappointed with getting new Ford vehicle - when I built 2024 E I am very satisfied with the service. But something about Ford sales: I am kind of disappointed with getting new Ford vehicle - when I built 2024 Edge online, I learned new Edges will no longer be manufactured. So I built 2024 Explorer online - even left a good faith deposit , just to learn Ford just stopped taking orders for 2024 models. And there are no incentives available (yet?) for repeating costumers. Feels unfair. More

I would give high marks for the initial online contacts. Enough information was provided to give a comfortable feeling with the Bronco and dealership. Setting up a test drive was easy. He has tremendous knowledge about all off road vehicles. His upbeat and positive nature made reaching a deal very smooth. I was able to drive home in my new Bronco in less than 24 hours. I have to give low marks to the financing representative. Dealing with him was brutal. I would have signed anything to get out of his office. He could not operate the computer or touch screens in a reasonable amount of time. Scare tactics on the extended warranties doesn't sit well with the customer. "The computer could shut off and stop feeding oil to the engine." Really? It took almost an hour to sign the papers. Overall a positive experience for me, a new customer to Metro and Ford, More
