Service was good but a little slow (2hours for an oil change). When car was given back it was parked partially on the sidewalk after jumping the curb with right front tire. On the overall experience…all good. Eager to do work on a vehicle. Overpriced but quality is there. One downside….when a problem arises they pushed back on the owner. A problem they created was not solved until after customer was raked over the coals. The customer was accused of causing an issue clearly caused when the car was in the shop. A lengthy verbal back and forth ensued between manager and customer. Customers appreciate problem solvers. I was put on the defensive defending myself against ridiculous accusations. “Working together” should follow through from start to finish. In addition, customer is always asked to spend more $ on top of a simple appt. Such as an oil change. This is never forced however. More
