Great Service, Awesome Experience Everyone at Otto went above and beyond to make our car buying experience perfect. We brought our 3 year old with us to finish up the paperwork, they changed the channel on the TV to children's shows, handed out bottles of water to everyone. They showed us the service center, for when we come in for oil changes, they were fantastic. Mike (our salesman) was honest and didn't want to sell us a car unless it was perfect for our family. The financing gentleman, Ian was great, the receptionist, really everyone we saw and encountered was amazing!!! We will be back for sure :-) More
