I would like a lucid explanation as to why it took 4 trips (4/29/22, 7/12/23, 10/24/23 and 11/21/23) to the Colonial VW of Westborough service department to repair the check engine issue on my 2020 Jett trips (4/29/22, 7/12/23, 10/24/23 and 11/21/23) to the Colonial VW of Westborough service department to repair the check engine issue on my 2020 Jetta. On the last trip, Service manager Bill McGrath who possesses effective customer service and leadership qualities finally took ownership of the problem and had it repaired. Needless to say, I have been highly inconvenienced by this long ordeal. I have been exclusively leasing VWs for over a dozen years for all members of my family. However, this experience gives me pause whether to continue that loyalty to VW or not. I wait for a response to my feedback. More
