Sales staff are honest and open about cars and pricing and help you think through how various cars meet your needs (including competitor offerings). In my case, Jason patiently answered my questions and provided all of the documentation/materials I asked for to support the buying process. Once we found the right vehicle, Jason moved things along quickly and was fair and transparent at each step in the process and look forward to working with him again in the coming year to replace another aging car. As a side note, the service team is also great and is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the severity of any issues with your car. One of my favorite features is their video review service, where a technician will record and share a video highlighting their review of your car and explaining any recommended repairs. Overall, I have found the sales and service environment to be far better than some other dealerships in the area. More

I purchased my car there and get all of my factory services done there. Everyone I walk into while there welcomes me and treats me very well. They are all friendly and helpful. Thanks to Billy McGrath, Ashley Shannon, John Lacey, and all of the other service advisors/department and technicians over the years my car has been running great. Currently at 310,000 miles and going strong. They tell it how it is and don't persuade you to get repairs you don't need. If it's worthwhile to hold off and see if an issue persists they'll tell you that rather than make you spend your money unnecessarily. They are very knowledgeable and I recommend everyone I know with a Volkswagen to give Colonial VW of Westborough a shot if they are having car troubles. More

Nice job by Steven Suarez and the whole team at Colonial VW Steven Suarez recently helped me settle on a Certified Pre-owned Jetta. He was great to work with and I'll do it again when we need another VW. I esp Steven Suarez recently helped me settle on a Certified Pre-owned Jetta. I especially appreciated his finding another key for the car and smoothing out the process of getting the Jetta registered and inspected a few days after I had taken delivery. Billy McGrath in Service was outstanding...very welcoming, great communications at the Service desk and over the phone. The warranty item we had discussed was fixed quickly and with no hassle, which I truly appreciate. I hope Steven, Billy and the whole team have a great summer and are able to help put lots of other car shoppers into new (and used, CPO) Volkswagens. More
