My husband and I have had the privilege of working with the colonial team now for over 20 years since we relocated to the Metro West region. We've owned two Bugs, a Passat, a Toureg TDI, a Jetta TDI, and an Alltrack. We have loved them all. Over the many years, Bill McGrath has taken such outstanding care of our service needs for all our vehicles. He and ALL the team are just awesome to work with, but we've primarily worked with Billy for our service needs. He is so diligent, extremely pleasant and works at a customer service level that elevates the VW experience for us.
