After I chose the car I wanted he contacted our corporate offices and even drove out to get the paperwork signed. He really made it easy for me. He also kept me updated via emails and text messages and within a couple of days I was able to pick up my car. Bill was so friendly and he isn't like the typical used car sales guy. Bill Mullarkey helped me nail down a price with a trade-in in less than a day, and I drove down the following day to pick up the car miles to get it. I was extremely pleased with how well they led me through the process and made it very quick and painless. When financing the vehicle, I threw in a last-second curve ball because I had to lower my down payment and increase the amount of financing, and Jacob Lubinski never missed a beat while getting me an excellent rate with the bank I already use. The one thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with was that I was under the impression that the value of my trade-in would be slightly more, but I think I was more responsible for that than the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive 300 miles to get there! More
