I took my 2019 Buick Lacrosse into the service dept. for a front end alignment and was quoted $109.95 plus tax. When I went to pay I was charged $109.95 plus $12.09 for shop supplies, plus tax for a to for a front end alignment and was quoted $109.95 plus tax. When I went to pay I was charged $109.95 plus $12.09 for shop supplies, plus tax for a total of $129.95. Nothing was done to my car but the inspection. No shop supplies were used. I was told this $12.09 is a standard add on charge. How can a dealer charge for shop supplies when none were used. More
