Hello, I’ve own Fords for over 40 years and 2 of them were from this location(Hawk and Napleton). I was given a7:00 am appointment didn’t hear from service manager until I called him at 3:00 pm. I was to were from this location(Hawk and Napleton). I was given a7:00 am appointment didn’t hear from service manager until I called him at 3:00 pm. I was told that tech wouldn’t be able to diagnose the problem till next day. I received a call at 12:30 am that day with an estimate of $5600. I was informed that entire sunroof needed to be replaced excluding the glass. The arms, track, cables, frame and motor were to all be replaced. I declined the repair and picked it up that afternoon at 3:00pm. before I left dealer ship my wife noticed that the rubber thing (concertina blind) was ripped. The service manager did check inventory and gave me the replacement part to have sunroof repair shop replace? Well that shop did replace it. and repair the broken arm( according to them a very common issue). The diagnosis and repair was done in a 4 hour period of time, Also for a cost of $795. A huge difference in repair costs a long with a huge trust issue with Napleton ford. Thanks Robert Marcowka More

Had a Wednesday appt. Car looked at on Thursday needed part which would be delivered from warehouse Friday morning at 6 am. Car would be fixed by 10 am. Never got a call so called at 11 am Friday only to find out the service advisor on my car had the day off. The labor amount had no explanation 599.90 to replace an oxygen sensor. Also paid $3 to use credit card to dealership plus $22 to use link to pay bill. Lin More
