There was no pressure, lots of fun banter, and once back at his desk, continued patience with our endless questions. We recommend hooking up with Ralph if at all possible. Closing the deal with Bill Scarbrough was also efficient but relaxed, everything explained to our satisfaction. I'm searching for reasons to get back to the dealership just to say hello and thank them again for a good experience. More
