He never tried to persuade us to buy new over used, or used over new. He simply asked what were we interested in, to include color, style, and size, what were we looking for in the vehicle? We also had a great and easy overall purchasing process with the Business Mgr. Bill Scarbrough; and Jeff Rizzo the Sales Mgr.. Everyone that we came into contact with showed personal interest in us.
