OMGosh enough can't be said about my salesperson William (Bill) Shelton especially from an older single woman. I went in with the intention of just testing a Honda Passport and walked out with one. Columbia Honda is amazing made everything so easy for me!! I can't say enough great things about this place. I had owned a Honda and hands down they are one of the best cars ever made. However, I was over the moon dealing with Bill Shelton because he wasn't pushy at all, so kind, and very upfront and truthful. He even hand-picked the car he thought I would be interested in and guess what he was spot on with that pick! I have already told more and more friends about my experience with Bill and Columbia Honda and will continue to do so. Bill was referred to me through a friend and she was so right!!
