EXCELLENT!!! We have purchased quite a few new cars in our past from dealers between Broward and Miami. My husband & I have to say this has been the best customer We have purchased quite a few new cars in our past from dealers between Broward and Miami. My husband & I have to say this has been the best customer service we have received, starting from our Sales Rep (William (Bill) Silva) that went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and the color we picked, made sure we understood all the features and extras in the car. Connected my iPhone and BlueLink and showed us how to navigate them and etc... Even gave us a umbrella due to the weather that day. "Great Person" The Finance Manager (Vadim Broytman) was also great, he helped us decide if we were going to purchase or lease. He gave us great advise. Thank you to the Sales Manager for giving us a great deal.. Thank you all! We love our new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport!!! NEW CAR SCENT :) More

2017 Elantra Purchase I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of buying my new Hyundai Elantra, The only downside was the rain that came down the first time I was there, wh I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of buying my new Hyundai Elantra, The only downside was the rain that came down the first time I was there, which made it impossible to look at cars. The next time was truly great. Bill Silva was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and assisted me in deciding exactly what I needed. My last Elantra was a Limited, but this time, I felt I didn't need all the extras, and was able to get a vehicle that had everything I needed for the price I wanted to pay. The folks at Rick Case are the best. I will always come back when the time comes to get a new car. More
