This is my 4th time leasing and from 2 previous great experiences I knew I had to return. I had the pleasure of working with 3 wonderful men; Diego Cozar, Omar Saleh and Hamad Deeb. All were extremely professional, patient and thorough with my husband and I. They gave us exceptional service. My lease was up and I wasn’t sure whether to lease again or finance the vehicle I had. Diego broke everything down for me, from how the process works to pricing for each option. Its a lot of information and it can be overwhelming which is why I appreciated his time and patience since I was torn on what to do. I currently feel happy and confident with the decision I made and it’s nice to know there is someone you can trust especially when making such a large purchase. Thank you Diego for such a wonderful experience. After deciding to upgrade from a CRV to a Pilot I met Omar. He walked me through everything in terms of how the car worked and setting it up to my liking. There were a lot of changes so I appreciated him explaining everything and answering all my questions. And Hamad who currently manages the delivery department kept checking in to make sure we were being well taken care of. I had worked with him previously and talk about excellent customer service he remembered me and made me feel like family. So If your looking for a pleasant stress-free car experience where you won’t feel pressured I highly recommend these men. I have been leasing with DCH Honda for several years and they never fail.
