The communication by the personnel was very poor. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a to I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a total of 17 days and did not provide a loaner vehicle. Even if they do have a low inventory of loaner cars I felt as though there was no effort to accommodate a customer such as myself since they were going to have my vehicle for that length of time. There was no concern on their part at all. All I was looking for was a phone call from they stating what the status of my vehicle was at a minimum of maybe every other day. At least I would have felt that someone was aware and advocating for me to get my car. When you get no call for days at a time and then when you call they act as if they don’t know who you are it is very disheartening. More

Bill was amazing very helpful and was always proactive in giving me updates on the status of my car. He went above and beyond to help expedite the process and get the part I needed to get me back on the roa giving me updates on the status of my car. After a basic oil change, the oil leaked out completely. Oil pressure dropped to 0 psi. After inspecting on my own, I noticed they forgot to put an o-ring onto the filter. I mean really? Their explanation - Oil pressure dropped to 0 psi. After inspecting on my own, I noticed they forgot to put an o-ring onto the filter. I mean really? Their explanation - human error. I spent an hour at midnight trying to pinpoint the issue at 24 degree weather. No excuses. And this was before planning a long road trip. A few days later, and this would have been a bigger issue. General service manager and service adviser play tough guys. Joke. If you care about your car, DO NOT take it for service to this place. Nielsen Dealer just a few miles away will provide a much better experience. More
