The communication by the personnel was very poor. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a total of 17 days and did not provide a loaner vehicle. Even if they do have a low inventory of loaner cars I felt as though there was no effort to accommodate a customer such as myself since they were going to have my vehicle for that length of time. There was no concern on their part at all. All I was looking for was a phone call from they stating what the status of my vehicle was at a minimum of maybe every other day. At least I would have felt that someone was aware and advocating for me to get my car. When you get no call for days at a time and then when you call they act as if they don’t know who you are it is very disheartening. More

After a basic oil change, the oil leaked out completely. Oil pressure dropped to 0 psi. After inspecting on my own, I noticed they forgot to put an o-ring onto the filter. I mean really? Their explanation - Oil pressure dropped to 0 psi. After inspecting on my own, I noticed they forgot to put an o-ring onto the filter. I mean really? Their explanation - human error. I spent an hour at midnight trying to pinpoint the issue at 24 degree weather. No excuses. And this was before planning a long road trip. A few days later, and this would have been a bigger issue. General service manager and service adviser play tough guys. Joke. If you care about your car, DO NOT take it for service to this place. Nielsen Dealer just a few miles away will provide a much better experience. More
