Five Stars for Jalen and the team at Salerno Jeep! Was worried I had an expensive repair and they were familiar with the issue and recommended contacting the manufacturer first. I have tried to get 2 safety items repaired, one was a recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane has not been ethical enough to complete either repair after scheduling with them multiple times. There is always an excuse why it can't be done. More
