My sales manager Duffy, was friendly, efficient and most importantly straight up honest from the get go! No worries, he got me taken care of right away. Short wait time, paper work completed right away. I must say, my overall car purchasing experiences in the past have been a really bad headache. Not at SanTan Ford! Finance department worked extra hard Ken the finance directors had to go the extra mile to help get my car financed. Ken did not give up until he got the job done. Then I told him my wife Ken the finance directors had to go the extra mile to help get my car financed. Ken did not give up until he got the job done. Then I told him my wife did not like going into dealerships. Ken had all the paperwork ready to be signed and we were in and out in less than 20 minuets.
