He was knowledgeable, kind, an over all pleasure to do business with. We did see a scratch on one of the doors and one of the back up sensors were really loose Kevin had Lyndi come by and talk to us. She scheduled us an appointment, got us a rental, they fixed everything and detailed the inside and outside, plus we left with a full tank of gas!
