Thank you for taking the time to listen to my review. My wife and I brought the vehicle in for a leak. Billy and his team had us an answer and a loaner vehicle within 30 min. Billy was knowledgeable a My wife and I brought the vehicle in for a leak. Billy and his team had us an answer and a loaner vehicle within 30 min. Billy was knowledgeable and he presented the problem so we could understand. He made sure we were clear on the repair and he also reassured us that it will be covered under our warranty. The repair job was completed and our vehicle was returned to us within 2 days. We will be returning to this dealership for our next vehicle. Thank you for your professionalism and polite staff. More

If I could rate Billy with 10 stars, I would. I have never had any service advisor more organized and helpful than Billy Herbert. If he left Galleria, I would go where he was to service all of ou I have never had any service advisor more organized and helpful than Billy Herbert. If he left Galleria, I would go where he was to service all of our vehicles, not just our BMW. The service center is the area that customers have the most interaction with after purchase, so this is extremely important to me and Billy always comes through and has never let us down!
