The sales staff is helpful, but the sales management, finance and detailing service was all but helpful. I purchased my new wrangler out of state and scheduled an appointment to pick it up. I had all my paperwork ready, but nothing was ready at the dealership. The sales person had to talk to the sales manager multiple times but the sales manager never showed his face. We asked about working out a deal with the extended warranty and they played a blame game so it was no one’s problem. When I finally got the car it was not properly cleaned. The main pro is I got the Jeep that I wanted. More

So the customer service from Marcus was great. The issue I want to pick at is the truck I got was not ran through service prior to me arriving I found more than one issue with is to include warped The issue I want to pick at is the truck I got was not ran through service prior to me arriving I found more than one issue with is to include warped brake rotors which is a safety issue. I also found one of the seat belt latches in the back of the truck to be partially broken. This is also a safety issue with a SRS system which could be very bad in the event of an accident. Over very good buying experience my salesperson whorl with me the whole way even held the truck for a week for me so I could see it in person. More
