The finance manager was extremely rude and was not going to work with is on the price for the vehicle we were purchasing. This was the 11th vehicle we have bought here, AND we were paying cash. However he w to work with is on the price for the vehicle we were purchasing. This was the 11th vehicle we have bought here, AND we were paying cash. However he was not willing to negotiate much on the vehicle. He kept saying he could sell this vehicle to a wholesaler that day so why should he drop the price further? My response was “then why haven’t you?” The vehicle had already been at this dealership for almost 30 days so if he could have sold it already - he would have! He was holding out to find a customer who might finance so he could earn more than a wholesaler would pay for it. Thats not very good business when we have already bought 10 vehicles from them and I feel he should have considered that. Not a fan! The other team members are wonderful and very easy to work with. Would recommend this business however will warn others about the finance managers rudeness and tactics. More

I took my pickup in for vibration issues and they changed the transmission temperature thermostat and oil but not the filter for some reason and they also changed the transmission wiring harnesses and it sti the transmission temperature thermostat and oil but not the filter for some reason and they also changed the transmission wiring harnesses and it still has vibration issues if anybody knows what’s wrong with the 14-18 model pickups please tell GM so they can have a recall because I know there are numerous pickups with these vibration issues More
