While replacing the transmission in my truck, they had given me a rental. After just a few days of having the rental, the back hatch wouldn’t open or close, which meant that the interior lights wouldn’t s given me a rental. After trying to fix it for about 45 minutes in the dark, I gave up. I knew that I would run the risk of the battery being dead in the morning, but had no other options. The next day the battery was in fact dead. I called the dealership and was extremely frustrated. The women that I talked to we’re extremely nice, understanding, and were unfazed by my aggravation. They sent a technician out to my house (who arrived very quickly). He had the vehicle running after about 45 seconds of arriving. After arriving at the dealership, they had me in a new rental in no time. Now, I’ve picked up my vehicle that was being worked on, and everything seems to be running great so far. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories of dealerships trying to fight people on warranty coverage. I was glad that this wasn’t an issue and it secured my faith in this dealership. I will continue to use Phil Wright for future purchases. They have a really great team of people! More
