We found a car we were interested online and easily
scheduled a test drive. When we got there, the car was warmed up, which was very nice. We noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was not working an

He told us it was probably a low fluid level. There was also a very large crack in the windshield that was not disclosed and I had to negotiate for a lower price. We liked the salesman, and bargaining for a fair price wasn’t miserable like it usually is and we ultimately decided to purchase.
I wish they had been upfront and told me there was only one key fob with the car, which are expensive and would have factored into my purchase price. I then went to a gas station and filled up the windshield washer fluid, which was actually full. I then had to return the car because it was not safe to drive home with the mud and grime on the road.
They fixed it the next day, but it took two days to get someone to detail the car.
I am not confident at all in their inspection process and still do not have inspection reports that I was promised. I bought a warrantee which gives me more confidence and am happy with my purchase but I thought the dealership could have been more transparent. It kind of felt like going to a much lower quality dealership.
