It was a terrible experience! !! Nobody at Imperial would own that they represent Toyota, not just their little departments. The sales department charged me the full amount for m !! The sales department charged me the full amount for my buyout and refused to do a safety check on my truck before the sale. The service dept. charged me $50 for wiper blades at the time of inspection and refused to acknowledge that I just dropped a ton of money to buy out the vehicle- it was a highly terrible experience!
