Jorge was great, very low pressure: listened to what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us into something that didn't meet our needs. Didn't love having to navigate all the way over to the separate ser wanted and didn't try to upsell us into something that didn't meet our needs. Didn't love having to navigate all the way over to the separate service center (on the other side of the highway) to finish the paperwork, but hopefully they'll solve that when construction is complete. Both Javier and Raymond were very helpful. They were no pressure, patient, informative, and truly felt like partners in the process.
