Bob Cerza was my sales person for my last lease and my current lease. He was extremely helpful on both occasions and really helped me maximize what i could get in the S60 I was looking for. During the process he had a sales trainee with him and you could see him walking him through the process of what needed to be done to make a customer happy and still dot all the Is and cross all the Ts. I highly recommend Bob Cerza and Smythe Volvo. As an aside Emilia Palladio was quite helpful in walking me through the features of the new S60.
