Great experience! I checked out many reviews on many dealerships before choosing to go the Smythe Volvo and I absolutely feel I made the right decision. From correspon I checked out many reviews on many dealerships before choosing to go the Smythe Volvo and I absolutely feel I made the right decision. From correspondence first over email, then on the phone and finally in person everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and very importantly not pushy at any point. We hit a few obstacles during the purchase process but all was solved in a very, again professional, satisfactory manner and got me on the road that same day. Both Bob and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and took the time to make sure you would walk out of the dealership feeling well treated and a happy customer.
