After his military service, Bob worked in a Ford dealership for four years and has been with Autohaus for seven years after making the connection through a friend. Bob appreciates the fact that Autohaus has grown so much in the years he's been here and advises, "Work hard!" I never feel pressured, always get the facts, not just a wobbly opinion and feel as though I have associates I can trust. Like Family In 1986 my parents bought their first BMW. As a kid I remember the small service department off Hunter Ave and how nice everyone was to us. Over the years, my parents continued to return to Autohaus because of the relationships we have developed. Now, my husband and I are customers. We have just purchased and took delivery of our second car. We can't say enough about our experiences at Autohaus working with Bob Dedert in sales, Chris Buie with BMW Genius, and Chris Clem in service. Everyone we encounter at Autohaus, whether we have an appointment or not, makes us feel welcomed and valued. Many thanks to all!!! More

Excellent Service I have been very impressed with the service and attention I’ve received from Autohaus. Just purchased my first BMW, which was a CPO 2014 335i and they I have been very impressed with the service and attention I’ve received from Autohaus. Just purchased my first BMW, which was a CPO 2014 335i and they have done an great job taking care of me. The car has some minor scratches and needed a few spots buffed out in the clear coat and they honored their word and took care of the car after I had purchased it. If you go there, ask for Bob Dedert. Bob sold me my car and I I’ll be buying another from him as soon as the girlfriend is ready. More
