Larry was very knowledgeable, efficient, insightful, and very helpful. It was great that Autohaus BMW had this service since it was a new all electric vehicle and quite a bit different than the gas powered very helpful. It was great that Autohaus BMW had this service since it was a new all electric vehicle and quite a bit different than the gas powered car I had been driving for years! And it would have taken a while to get through the car's computer to set things up. He must have spent more than an hour with me. More
