My first contact with Toyota of Braintree was through the Internet with Bob Hadges who confirmed the Dealership does not up-charge their customers. After an uncomfortable experience with a competing Toyota Dealer we felt this was going to be the place to do business. When we arrived at Toyota of Braintree, we were greeted by William “Bill” Detellis with a great big smile. Bill went over our needs and wants in a new Toyota. Bill explained the differences in the types of RAV4 vehicles and with not pressuring us for the sale, we decided on a RAV4 Limited. On Monday May 2nd we picked up our 3rd Toyota and Bill went over everything to familiarize us with the new technologies installed. We are very excited and are looking forward to our “Road Trips” in the near future. We would like to thank Arthur (for his patience), along with Eric in helping getting this done. Bill, you Rock!!!
