My first contact with Toyota of Braintree was through the Internet with Bob Hadges who confirmed the Dealership does not up-charge their customers. After an uncomfortable experience with a competing Toyota Dealer we felt this was going to be the place to do business. When we arrived at Toyota of Braintree, we were greeted by William “Bill” Detellis with a great big smile. Bill went over our needs and wants in a new Toyota. Bill explained the differences in the types of RAV4 vehicles and with not pressuring us for the sale, we decided on a RAV4 Limited. On Monday May 2nd we picked up our 3rd Toyota and Bill went over everything to familiarize us with the new technologies installed. We are very excited and are looking forward to our “Road Trips” in the near future. We would like to thank Arthur (for his patience), along with Eric in helping getting this done. Bill, you Rock!!! His knowledge and patience throughout the entire process really impressed us. He made everything easy from the beginning to the end. Emmanuel was considerate and understanding in the fact that I did not grasp all of the hi-tech devices in the car. He explained them in a simple and easy manner. Awesome car buying experience! I just bought a brand new 2020 Rav4. I have never purchased a new vehicle before and was very nervous going into it. However, I am familiar with Toyot I just bought a brand new 2020 Rav4. I have never purchased a new vehicle before and was very nervous going into it. However, I am familiar with Toyota of Braintree. My family members have purchased their vehicles there before and had them serviced. They have always had nothing but positive things to say. The two gentlemen who assisted me were Bob Hadges, who I first contacted prior to coming in, and Sam Zaidan who was the salesman. Bob was quick to respond to my e-mails regarding setting up a time to come in and see the vehicle. He let me know ahead of time the pricing and inventory on the colors I was interested in viewing. Bob paired me with Sam, whom I have nothing but positive things to say about. Sam was very accommodating, not pushy, informative, and up front and honest about everything we discussed. He took away the stress and worry away from the car buying experience for me. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone visiting this branch. More

Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this dealership! We were interested in buying a Sienna that was being sold here. I contacted Bob Hadges and he was keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle avai We were interested in buying a Sienna that was being sold here. I contacted Bob Hadges and he was keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle availability till the date we actually came for a test drive as we are 1 hr away from the dealership. Upon arrival, Bob introduced us to Sam Zaidan and we took a test drive. Sam was very courteous with no pressure selling tactics that you might encounter at other dealerships. Post test drive we got quotes on the trade in and there were negotiations began to arrive at a mutually accepted price. Sunny Ahuja came into the picture here and like Sam, was pleasent to deal with. We finalized at a price that worked for both of us. The closing of the deal was also very quick and pain free. Took close to 1 hr, which is great IMHO. I am very happy with everyone with whom we had interaction with. Each and everyone was courteous, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends! Thanks Sam, Sunny, Bob and Eric! More
