From the moment I walked in the show room I was welcomed by Michael Hidalgo and he was friendly and knowledgeable of every single car he showed me every feature and answered all my questions in a friendly a by Michael Hidalgo and he was friendly and knowledgeable of every single car he showed me every feature and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner when it came to the the negotiation the sales Mgr Mr Horton came back to me with a good and fair deal quickly NO DRAMA. and lastly the finance manager Fanny was extremely patient in explaining all my choices when it came to additional warranties and protection as well as financing She made me feel at ease. This is was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. More

My salesman Adeel Sadiq was very knowledgeable and professional. This was my 2nd purchase from Adeel. The dealership as a whole also treated me very well. They made my deal/purchase very easy. Unlike most dealerships, they honored their word throughout the entire buying and delivery process. My car wasn't at the dealership yet when I agreed to purchase it and the delivery date that Adeel gave me was the exact day that my car arrived at their dealership. A Sales Manager, Rohan Alexander, who oversaw the delivery of my car made sure that the accessories (tint & side body moldings) to my car were properly ordered by their parts department and the work completed by their service department as soon as my car arrived at the dealership. Need less to say, I highly recommend that you make a "deal" with Adeel! More

sent email to various people at PPLexus, no response. Finally got a phone call from the parts mgr. We had a nice talk. Evidently he went to the service director about my customer's problem and got nowhere. I rcvd a phone call from the Serv Director's secretary and she told me to all Corporate. I suggested that PPL complete their investigation and reply by email with a report. They never did.
