Experience was very low pressure - Bob took the time to understand my driving needs and suggested options to match, recommending options that would enhance my driving experience and steering me away from options I am unlikely to use. He provided great advice about options, explaining in detail, for example, the capabilities of Porsche Connect vs. the NAV system - I was going to opt for neither solution until he explained the capabilities of Connect. All and all, one of, if not the most, pleasant car buying experience I've ever had - and this is the 15th car I've bought. I made multiple visits to Walter's before ordering my Boxster and talked with multiple sales ambassadors, all were helpful, friendly, and provided good advice. I love cars but I've always hated the part when it came time to go to the dealership...until this time. This was the first time I worked with Porsche and gosh dang it, it was AWESOME! From beginning to end, everything went down smoothly. But specifically I would like to mention Bob McDonald, my sales guy. I've never met another sales person that knew more about a car he was selling. Bob and the staff that assisted me were professional, cordial, and very accommodating. My house is about a little less than 1.5 hours from the dealership, but I would make this trip again when I pick up a new 911 in 3 years. Thanks everyone! More

5 star service Never really looked into Porsches or thought about actually owning one, but my curiosity lead me into Walter's Porsche Riverside to "browse" their inv Never really looked into Porsches or thought about actually owning one, but my curiosity lead me into Walter's Porsche Riverside to "browse" their inventory. I was greeted by Bob, in sales. Coming from a background in sales myself... Bob knew his stuff, and knew it well. His customer service, knowledge, and patience kept me interested in learning more. He suggested "the car" for my price range and we took a test drive in a new Cayman S around some s-curves and straight-a-ways. All I can say is "holy xxxx" - the handling, the throttle response, the sounds, the 'smooth like butter' shifting, THE PDK!! Now things just got real... We returned to the dealership, chatted a bit more, then I had to leave and catch my appointment to view a couple of Audi R8 V8's. That evening, I returned home, did some quick but thorough research, weighed out my options, and sure enough...I ended up back at Walter's. The icing on the cake.... I was in and out with my new Cayman S in less than an hour. Quickest transaction I have ever experienced with purchasing a vehicle.
