We scanned and emailed all of our documents while on vacation. Bob stayed late the night we got home from our trip and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived for delivery at the Dealership. We travel 30 miles past a lot of other Porsche Dealers to work with Bob and his team. The car was perfect and Bob stayed even later to explain the car’s features and help set all the custom settings. We are grateful to Bob, Ed and Walter’s for all their efforts and going beyond what we would expect from any vendor. More

Courtesy goes a long ways I had been in the market for an automobile and considered Porsche as I had owned two of them in my lifetime. I shopped at five different dealerships with Riverside being number 6. Most of the other dealerships had inadequate knowledge of the vehicle. Knew no history of the development of the vehicle and were not sure of their inventory. I was not offered an opportunity to drive the vehicle at any dealership until I visited Riverside. I happened to call back Bob McDonald and request a certain color scheme. After researching availability He informed me that there may be a car at the Riverside facility that I would be interested in looking at. I returned and the rest is history. More

At the time, I was driving my Panamera, but I had a Bentley Continental GT I wanted to trade. I was met by Bob McDonald who later in the week, upon my return, guided me flawlessly through the process of trading in my Bentley and purchasing a spanking new Porsche Boxter 718. Bob , Jonathon Bolton, John Beech, and Adam Avalos all bent over backwards to make the 718 purchase as seamless and efficient as possible. Bob was especially helpful "setting up" the 718 and giving me a thorough and helpful briefing on "the bells and whistles" on the car. This was my fifth Porsche, but first purchased from Walters. I could not have been more pleased with the service and attention I got from everyone at the dealership. More

The bar was set pretty high but I have to say, they totally blew away my expectations!! On the sales side i had the pleasure of working with Bob McDonald, all around great guy and a true porsche aficionado. Bob helped to make the sales process painless by being knowledgeable, upfront and honest. This was one of those rare occasions where the salesman knew more about the car i was buying than I did. I am the type who extensively researches every product before I purchase and I usually end up correcting car salesmen about features/specs of cars that I purchase. Not with Bob, he knew every feature/spec of the car i was buying and even schooled me on a few things i had missed in my research. It is obvious that Bob has a true passion for cars and motorsports and I believe that is what sets him apart from the rest. Jeff Hudson in finance was another class act. He was also upfront, honest and very patient while helping me choose the best financing option for my situation. I definitely recommend Walter's Porsche. Bob was a great pleasure to deal with. He especially made everything easy. From the moment I spoke with Bob, through the test drive and order decision making process, all the way through delivery, the experience was honest, pleasant, direct, and professional - no pressure or fuss, and all up to expectations. He was also too happy to support special requests that may come up with a vehicle like this. Jeff Hudson in finance was also easy and efficient to deal with. He explained things clearly and succinctly, making the paperwork and optional decisions easy, and followed through on all details. Finally, all staff were simply happy to help. All requests and needs were dealt with professionally and without trouble. This was my first Porsche purchase, but not my first new car buying experience. I will come back for any future Porsche purchases, as well as recommend to friends and family, as I already have. An aside about the car: I love the Cayman S. Its performance, functional refinement, and the extreme attention to every detail of driving and design, has already made me a Porsche fan for life. It is a car that is designed to take driving as seriously as I do. After one weekend in it, my other car (which was no slouch and fairly sporty), absolutely felt all wrong, like learning to drive again. More
