Bob recognized the emergency nature of the situation and got the car into the shop ASAP. He also noticed that a scheduled service was coming up in two weeks and he arranged for that service to be done immed got the car into the shop ASAP. I have always had good service from this dealer. I just had 1 complaint. When I purchased my car part of the purchase is free oil changes and free battery. They tried to charge me $70 for labor. I explained my understanding and they stated they changed the policy. I explained that policy was not the policy when I purchased my car and the fact that they changed the policy should not effect previous to the new policy. They did remove the $70 charge. Whenever I have had an issue with them they always take care of me. More

It took a while to get an appointment for routine maintenance, but once I did they treated me extremely well. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman immediately came out to greet me, opened my car door a maintenance, but once I did they treated me extremely well. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman immediately came out to greet me, opened my car door and put down a paper floor mat in my car while he proceeded to chec the mileage for me. He politely asked for my keys and directed me into the service office where a female rep graciously assisted me. She called me as promised midday w/the price of repairs once the service tech had done a routine check up of my vehicle, so that I could approve any services I wanted him to complete, but she didn't pressure me to do those that I was not willing to commit to presently, as another local Toyota dealer had tried to more vigorously sell me on last month. The female service dept. rep called me again shortly thereafter as promised once the vehicle was done ahead of schedule and I came back to pick it up. As soon as I walked in to pick up my car a male rep got my keys and directed me over to another rep to process my paperwork while he went outside to pull my vehicle right up to the door, so that it was ready for me once I'd paid. When I walked outside, he opened my car door and thanked me for my business as everyone else I'd come into contact with had as well. The customer service provided by all employees was excellent. The repairs were reasonably priced and everyone made me feel like they appreciated my business. Even Mark, the new car sales rep, whom we spoke to while our car was first being dropped off was refreshingly honest and easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, patient and professional and not at all pushy either. Once the dealership has the model vehicle in stock in the color we're looking for, we look forward to likely buying a new car there too if the price is right, as well as continuing to have our Rav4 hybrid serviced at Wallingford Toyota. More
