My experience of having my vehicle serviced there was wonderful. I didn't have an appointment however, Bob Parr my Service Advisor worked to have my car repaired as quickly has possible. He call an Uber wonderful. I didn't have an appointment however, Bob Parr my Service Advisor worked to have my car repaired as quickly has possible. He call an Uber to take me home after dropping off my vehicle. Couple days later he called and texted all issues that were wrong with the repair cost. He advised what needed to be fix right way to make the car road worthy and what could be delayed until more funds were available. Had an overall good experience and would recommend the service. More

I had went in to fix AC was told it would be fixed in a few days. I paid $1,700 for it to still not work. In addition the guys that worked on car stained my carpets which I was told by Bob he would have th few days. I paid $1,700 for it to still not work. I had to reschedule for them to check AC again and they wanted me to pay additional to have it”fixed” I declined because with the first payment I was told it was fixed so I was not going to trust again taking out of my savings for uncertainty. It’s very disappointing going in to fix my AC and charging so much for it to not work and having the audacity to ask me for more money that’s unfair. I will not be returning to have any service done by them which is sad because it was with them I had bought my car. More
