I appreciate your feedback Ben. What I don't appreciate is you coming into our dealership and talking to our employees with disrespect and using foul language. We've known your family along time, if there is an issue I'm sure you know you can reach my dad, brother or I. We called several times with no answer and then had to resort to calling your office to which you were unavailable again. I'm sure you can appreciate that we are a busy service center and cannot hold vehicles 8 days past when they were finished. Our customer care representative even offered to drive it to your house and drop it off. You have left your vehicle at our dealership for long periods of time in the past as well. I won't be back. Have never been treated so poorly and disrespectfully. Left my truck off. Never got a call back. Never got an estimate. Was never told my vehicle was ready for pick up. Was then told I would be charged for storage. Picked it up, was yelled at by Adam Brown. Like I said have never been treated so poorly, won't be back. I should have received an apology. Was attacked. Ugh. What has become of customer service? Moving on.

One more thing. I have an answering service and I get ALL messages. So this was not a situation where I did not respond to calls. Was never called. Adam said I don't respond to calls, nothing could be further from the truth. Over and done with.

Here is the problem. I have an answering service and I get ALL messages. I received a video saying this and that needed done. No call, no estimate, no nothing. Then Adam told me he would be charging me for storage. Whatever happened to calling the customer and going over what was recommended, giving an estimate, etc.????? Never happened. I think the video which had no name or estimate attached confused things. Adam attacked me today. Not right. Which is why I was a little heated. He told someone he couldn't reach me, couldn't leave a message. A blatant lie. I should have received an apology today was attacked. I know when I am not welcome and I can go somewhere else. Adam never called with an estimate, never told me my truck was finished and he is in the wrong. I am being private now, have nothing against Preston but was treated poorly and don't need that. Adam lied, said he called, he never did. That is my story and I am sticking to it. Sorry about this, one rogue, Adam, upsets the applecart. Ben

My final e mail. No one ever called me til yesterday when Adam threatened to charge me for storage. I did not get any calls prior to that time. And the threat to be charged for storage when I had received no estimate and no call that it was ready for pick up did not seem right.To me anyway. Then today Adam attacked me, no apology, just an outright attack. I can take my business somewhere else. Or I guess I could just avoid Adam. Yesterday your rep was apologizing. That made sense to me. Then today Adam attached me. Not sure what I said to him but with his attacks and his lies he richly deserved every word of it. This is private.I will just bury the hatchet. But this was botched service and it was not my fault and I will not be lectured. Ben
