Our salesman was patient, honest and easy to work with. The service dept. listened, accurately assessed my concerns, answered questions I had and efficiently serviced my vehicle. Bob kept me updated on the progress of the work and emailed me quotes prior to doing any work. I like that I can see in writing and select the repairs online that I agree to. My car received a courtesy wash after servicing making her look & drive great! Because Coastal Kia is an hour away for me, I've always had my car serviced locally. But, not anymore. After comparing quotes for work from new brakes, synthetic oil change, etc. I found Coastal Kia is more competitive in pricing and the service is excellent. I'll be making that drive in the future! More
