NEW TO THE AREA I was made to feel right at home and in good hands during my visit during the Covid crisis. I was having warranty work done and Bob was very helpful w I was made to feel right at home and in good hands during my visit during the Covid crisis. I was having warranty work done and Bob was very helpful with other issues as well. I ended up having brakes done which needed doing and may go back for tires soon. Granddaughter’s Car Since I do not live in Wilmington I always call Coastal Kia to set up appointment with them for my Granddaughter’s car. They are so nice each time I call to make appointments and in one occasion I had to call because of flat tire and they took her in immediately. They allow me to make appointments and to pay over the phone. Coastal Service Dept is very friendly, professional and efficient and as a customer I appreciate how they all are so friendly and handle our car maintenance in a timely manner. More
