Even though I didn't buy my car from Kia, I knew that I would be taking my car to them for service. The entire process, from making an appointment online to picking my car up had always been very smooth would be taking my car to them for service. I have never felt pressured to have extra work done and have always been given options when an issue did arise. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My problem was resolved in a timely manner. I had to have headlamps replaced and suggestions were made for other issues before they presented a problem. Had a 60 thousand miles checkup on my Kia there recently. Concierge service was awesome. The people I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.
