My car has been in there twice within a couple weeks for a check engine light. They were unable to diagnose the problem saying they are waiting for further guidance. it took 2 hrs to complete a oil change and tire rotation. i have a extended warranty. good for 48 months service wrier says it has expired, so had to pay for the service. Overall a good experience. The sales process took quite a while, maybe a little longer than expected. An additional service plan was added during the finance process, which i a The sales process took quite a while, maybe a little longer than expected. An additional service plan was added during the finance process, which i approved when told, but it wasn't really explained. No extended warranty was offered for purchase. My finance options weren't reviewed, so i just assume the best choice was offered. Having worked in an Equipment dealership for 20 years, I just come to expect some things that just weren't present in this transaction. More
