To be hone My experience at Subaru was great from day one. My boyfriend and I had been looking around for a while and unexpectedly ended up at Subaru. To be honest I was set on getting a Jeep. Bob came out and showed us the forester and I was still unsure by the outside. He explained all the positive qualities the forester has to offer compared to a jeep and I agreed to test drive. The second I got in and saw the inside I couldn't believe it. It was much bigger than expected and the visibility was comforting. Bob was thorough and gave us all the details we needed to think it over. He was never pushy and made the process very enjoyable. When it came time to decide Bob helped us find the perfect vehicle! We did have to wait for it to be ordered but it was well worth the wait! Bob did a wonderful job keeping contact throughout the process. We couldn't be happier and are excited to be part of the Subaru family for the first time! Thank you for all the great help! More

Best Dealership Experience Ever!! I have been coming back to this dealership for years now. I just recently purchased my fifth Subaru while working with Bob Waite, and the team! Anytim I have been coming back to this dealership for years now. I just recently purchased my fifth Subaru while working with Bob Waite, and the team! Anytime I come in to purchase a vehicle or get my car serviced I am always greeted with smiles like we are all one big family! I always feel very welcome. The entire staff gets to know you on a personal level, so it's not your typical cold dealership experience. Bob has always been a great guy to work with. Anytime I send him an email he is always quick to respond. He always checks to make sure everything is going well, and that I am satisfied with the process and vehicle! Anytime I have questions on purchasing a new vehicle I just send Bob a message and he immediately gets me the best price, and provides the best service! There is absolutely no need for back and forth with negotiating. I know I am getting incredible deals with this group! I drive over an hour to purchase my cars and have them serviced at this location. The commute doesn't even bother me because I enjoy coming to see the friendly staff at North End Subaru. Smooth Selling @ NE Subaru I seen a car online that I was interested in . Inquired , and was promptly responded to by Jesse online , however before looking I called and spoke wi I seen a car online that I was interested in . Inquired , and was promptly responded to by Jesse online , however before looking I called and spoke with a Sales Rep named Bob . Bob wanted to make sure that this vehicle was definitely still available ( bonus point, because I could see this being used as a get here ploy by a less trustworthy dealership ) , Bob asked if he could call me right back . I scheduled a test drive for later that day. . When I arrive Bob is with another customer so I was greeted by Frank . Frank was genuinely pleasant . He took us on test ride , explaining all the pro's of the car a long the way . When we returned he told us to take a private test ride , and left us alone to discuss . Never hovered , allowed personal space needed for a big decision . Sold !!! We fill out initial PW , because I am returning in two days with payment . Well , the next day payment was situated faster , let him know I would be there in two hours !!! He was extremely generous with his time . Explained EVERYTHING !!! And I mean everything about the car , the perks reward , the service , and mentioned a couple of things I actually hadn't thought of . They seem laid back , they seem ready to accommodate . Bonus for Frank , he didn't ask me to do this review ( as I had been at Imperial Ford ) Genuine person. Finance was concise , efficient and competent . That's very neccasarry for all parties .
