This is my first Subaru and I am very happy with it and the service at North End. Very polite and knowledgeable sales staff. Fast and courteous service, as always. Wait time was typical for services done. Cost effective when compared to drive-thru service center, but you get factory trained folks with the right parts, fluids typical for services done.
