In fact, I was the one who came in a week or two later when I was ready to buy the car, without any follow-up harassing phone calls pressuring me to do so. I have been a customer with North End Subaru/Mazda since 1987. This was my 7th Vehicle. I ordered a Subaru Ascent Touring with all the bells and whistles and it' exceeded my expectations. I come back to this dealership year after year because of the salesman Bob Waite who's is the model of what a professional model salesman should be knowledgeable,no pressure,no nonsense, this is my third car the salesman Bob Waite who's is the model of what a professional model salesman should be knowledgeable,no pressure,no nonsense, this is my third car (and my family's Fourth). . I also have had good experience with the service department Josh in particular has been great over the years solving any issues I have had. These people are the real reason I come back again and again. Anyone can sell you a car these guys do it right from start to finish. When my wife is ready to get her next car we will be going back to Bob and North End Subaru!!! More
