Salesman never listened to customer needs. Had his own agenda in mind versus what purchaser wanted or needed. Didn’t even allow to test drive the first visit. Never ever happened before ever! Not impressed with salesperson. He was dishonest. Discouraged us to not buy our lease vehicle just to get us in another lease. Will definitely not use him and maybe your dealership in the future. Also, when we were extended credit through JP Morgan Chase the finance department would not show us the offer. Very unprofessional and shady. Will not recommend your dealership based on this experience. More
